Hi there! My name is Marton Reti, and I’m a dreamer. There is the way people say the world works and then there is this other way I would like to make it work. If the world is as good a place as what we should be rationally striving for, then I can afford such a luxury as setting my own methods, and if the world is not quite there yet, then there needs to be someone to strive for it, so that at least in the future something like it can be possible.Children deserve to be children. The world I have dreamed allows kids to be kids, it lets life to be dreamed. It’s not a place where life is a hamster wheel with non-stop struggling, a fighting pit with immense external pressure weighing us down, an unfriendly competition for triumph and survival. It’s a place, a desirable place, based on our own design tailored to our own needs. It’s that simple. My project, “The Dragon’s Alliance”, which one could rightly fancy as the Avengers Initiative of our reality, is an (ad)venture of such simplistic nature. It is the typical ambitious idea one would often reject out of hand with shrugged shoulders and the advice “This can’t succeed, this is not how the world works.”. And yet, it is being pursued. Because true success is just that simple. Shortcuts are real and it is only our (lack of) imagination that makes them hide. The Alliance will not follow the same bad traditions and sustain such boundaries. It strives for the creation of this other world with these “other ways” where the dreamer upon waking up is not forced to actually wake up, abandon his dreams, and accept the ‘terms of life’, but is encouraged to keep dreaming and pursue whatever he deems wise, and maybe even fun. Whether all this is possible or not? The Dragon’s Alliance doesn’t care. A perfect world would have room for it. And if the world is already perfect, then it’s already possible. If not, the best way to build it is to live it. And with this begins the story of the Alliance, a story of success built from scratch paved for those and by those who do not just talk about believing that there is always this “other way” but who are actually ready to make it happen, so that when the next person shows up with a fun idea, an ambitious dream, the world is not a place encouraging him to drop it, but this better place where he can feel confident to pursue it.
