- Leading the recruitment team, monitoring and supporting their work to achieve organisational goals- Setting up and communicating company goals and deadlines to the team- Supporting the professional development of the team by organising and coordinating workshops and training sessions- Supporting the design process of the internal candidate and customer management system- Supporting effective coordination between different departments within the company group- Liaising with clients

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from initial requisition to final placement, mainly technical / IT roles- Conducting partner meetings in order to thoroughly understand the requirement profiles and to define adequate recruitment strategies- Providing regular feedback on the status of search processes and market conditions to the partner contacts

- Sourcing potential candidates (own database)- Prescreening candidates on phone and performing in-person interviews in Hungarian and English- Communicating job information and benefits during screening process- Helping candidates to be successful in the recruitment process by assisting in CV writing and interview preparation- Administrating daily tasks in ERP system
