As a BT Compute Specialist I am looking after the Resources, Manufacturing and Logistics customers in West Europe. I'm helping these customers finding solutions in the area of Cloud networking, Infrastructure consolidation, modernisation and Security including many of the largest and best known brands in the vertical. During the years I have spent in this role I had the opportunity to join some of the largest competitive Network transformation projects BT participated as a member of the solutions team. This gave me the chance to learn the wider landscape of customers’ ICT solutions and gain experience in transforming existing solutions with disruptive technologies based on BT portfolio and partner solutions.

The SDU team works alongside BT Account Teams and Clients to create and win major deals in Europe. Our mission is to generate and win profitable deals, through a detailed and intense commercial and competitive focus, creative and innovative solutions and excellence in Deal Management and Strategy. Sales Specialists are an important part of the pre-sales community working with the account teams to create a pipeline of new business and improve the win rate for BT Compute. Our responsibility is to lead the BT Compute product portfolio within deals together with clients, leading on the design, service management, planning and commercial structure of the solution.

During my second (and final) rotation in the BT GS Graduate scheme I was leading business development and sales enablement projects for the Desk Based Account Management Team in Hungary in order to improve their processes. Besides organizing trainings and an accreditation program for DBAMs, we successfully improved the cooperation with the related teams along the sales journey. Based on this experience we developed a transformation project, which was aiming for a better internal cooperation and more efficient sales with special attention on BT Global Services key customers.

The Global Services Graduate programme running in Europe is designed to grow graduates to become a brilliant leader. The roles are varied, but all focus on business management, and the goal is to quickly develop the selected person. The program is rotational, providing 4x6 month assignments (rotations) focusing on key areas of BT Global Services' business. The 4 rotations could be in areas such as Project Management, Business Improvement, Business Consultancy and Client Engagement.

As a Project Manager I was involved to various internal improvement project in facility and business management. I was contributing and later leading office expansion projects. Furthermore I had the opportunity to cooperate in various quality management projects (EFQM and Process Mapping). Finally I was blessed to organize a workshop called the "Training Cafe" for Learning and Development Experts of multinational companies in Hungary to share best practices in their area of expertise.

As an Audit Associate I was working on the financial audit of the largest Hungarian and International enterprises.
