As a Talent Acquisition Partner, I oversee the complete recruitment processes for roles within the Global Customer Experience and Enterprise Master Data Management organizations.Key Responsibilities:Full Recruitment Life-Cycle: Manage and coordinate the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, evaluating, selecting, and offering.Team Coordination: Mentor and coordinate Talent Acquisition Interns.Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor for talent acquisition solutions, influencing business decisions and providing coaching to Hiring Managers on feedback, interview facilitation, selection, and evaluation methods.Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure an excellent experience for Hiring Managers and candidates, and act as the first point of contact for internal/external candidates, stakeholders, and partner recruitment agencies.Advertising Strategy: Determine the best job advertising methods and platforms.Administration: Ensure accurate administration of the recruitment cycle using Workday and various dashboards.Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment process improvements and projects.

-Using social media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter), professional networking sites/platforms/databases (like Profession.hu, Phenom People) to source and identify potential candidates-Conducting phone screenings, checking the candidates' professional background, motivation and language knowledge via telephone interview-Organizing and partaking in online and face-to-face interviews-Acting as a first point of contact for internal/external candidates for different inquiries, providing great candidate experience-Supporting the candidates' hiring journey comprehensively from start to finish-Ensuring accurate administration of the whole recruitment process-Representing the company on job fairs and networking events-Creating compelling and accurate job advertisements that will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent-Collaborating with external recruitment agencies and coordinate communication, updates, and information flow to ensure effective partnership-Managing internal stakeholder relationships, collaborating with Hiring Managers and People & Culture Business Partners to ensure recruitment needs, preferences, and requirements are aligned throughout the hiring process-Being responsible and partaking in different recruitment projects (e.g. job board and advertisement management; Ownership of the Namecheck process)
