CurrentAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, I oversee the complete recruitment processes for roles within the Global Customer Experience and Enterprise Master Data Management organizations.Key Responsibilities:Full Recruitment Life-Cycle: Manage and coordinate the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, evaluating, selecting, and offering.Team Coordination: Mentor and coordinate Talent Acquisition Interns.Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor for talent acquisition solutions, influencing business decisions and providing coaching to Hiring Managers on feedback, interview facilitation, selection, and evaluation methods.Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure an excellent experience for Hiring Managers and candidates, and act as the first point of contact for internal/external candidates, stakeholders, and partner recruitment agencies.Advertising Strategy: Determine the best job advertising methods and platforms.Administration: Ensure accurate administration of the recruitment cycle using Workday and various dashboards.Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment process improvements and projects.
