- Analyze and prioritize report requests for custom database reports - Creates and modifies reports and report documentation- Troubleshoot existing reports -Enforces Personify security policies regarding user accounts, passwords, and database access.- Manages the Personify training and certification program that ensures staff have learned and demonstrated proper data entry/modification procedures required by their job duties. - Develops testing plans for new database processes and upgrades.
