About Mart Smith

Mart joined Data Management in 1988, and over the years has played a major role in the growth and direction of the company. In 2008, Mart assumed responsibility for DMI's domestic distribution channels, resulting in explosive growth of the Visitor Pass Solutions line, particularly the Expiring Visitor Passes.Born in the Netherlands, she says, "many, many years ago," Mart emigrated to the United States as a young girl and is now a staunch New Englander, avidly fond of the Boston Red Sox, the UConn Huskies (men and women), and the New England Patriots. We used tradeshows to expose our products to the market place, visiting over 50 cities in the first year. Since then, our reputation has grown and the Reseller Division has expanded to include wholesale companies, security resellers, web based resellers, and office supply distributors. We still connect with our market through tradeshows, personal visits, phone, and email. Our discount structure is generous, order turn around is exceptional, and our service is friendly and professional. We love having a new product to offer a reseller - and one that is easy to understand and sell.
