Elisa Eesti is a part of Finnish telecom group Elisa. My main objective in the company was to lead a team of project managers, analysts and developers for various telecom and IT infrastructure related projects.

CMA Percival is a part of Swedish IT company CMA Europe providing solutions for financial institutions around the globe. My role in the company was mainly as a project manager, sometimes as a bid manager and a domain expert for registration and trading systems. I took part in a number of bidding and implementation projects:• RTGS & GSS (real-time gross settlement system) bid for Central Bnk of Trinidad & Tobago, bid manager, registration part (2003)• RTGS bid for State Bank of Pakistan, bid manager (2003)• CDS bid for Privatisation Agency of republic of Serbia, bid manager (2003)• RTGS ja CDS bid BCEAO (regional central bank in west-africa), Dakar, Senegal, domain expert (2002)• CDS project manager for ASE (Abuja Stock Exchange), Abuja, Nigeeria (2000-2002).

A founding partner of software house in Tallinn that has grown from 3 people in 1997 to over 20 staff in 1998 engaging in successful local and international projects that relate to the finance industry in general and the securities industry in particular. I was a member of the board of the Tallinn Stock Exchange where I participated in the overall management of the Exchange, emphasis on the IT solutions. Design and implementation of TSE electronic trading system.

I Joined the National Central Depository first as a CTO to oversee the implementation of a new system for its start of operations in 1994. I managed successfully the implementation of a national network among the depository participants to enable access among the banks and other account operators to the IT services provided by the depository. From 1995 I managed the National Central Depository as a CEO during a period of record growth in the country. During this time the Tallinn Stock Exchange commenced operations and outshone its counterparts to become the best stock exchange of Central and Eastern Europe (Central European, Euromoney publication) Responsibilities included the financial management of the Depository as well as management of the relationships with depository clients, account operators and the Stock Exchange to which the Depository provided IT services.
