I was a member of the board of the Tallinn Stock Exchange where I participated in the overall management of the Exchange, emphasis on the IT solutions. Design and implementation of TSE electronic trading system.

I Joined the National Central Depository first as a CTO to oversee the implementation of a new system for its start of operations in 1994. I managed successfully the implementation of a national network among the depository participants to enable access among the banks and other account operators to the IT services provided by the depository. From 1995 I managed the National Central Depository as a CEO during a period of record growth in the country. During this time the Tallinn Stock Exchange commenced operations and outshone its counterparts to become the best stock exchange of Central and Eastern Europe (Central European, Euromoney publication) Responsibilities included the financial management of the Depository as well as management of the relationships with depository clients, account operators and the Stock Exchange to which the Depository provided IT services.
