As the Executive Vice President/GM I Managed the day-to-day operations of 3 stations plus the Billboard company for Kemp Communications. Daily responsibilities included managing the program director, sales manager and business office personnel along with a support staff of approximately 60 people. Primary responsibility was to watch the bottom line, grow revenue and profitability and protect the broadcast licenses of the properties managed. I bring tremendous skills and attributes with me and am excited to be back at Kemp as the EVP in Las Vegas.I bring a wealth of knowledge including the ability to negotiate deals large and small on behalf of our company. Additional, I am skilled at budgeting, forecasting, and sales plans that will maximize revenue to garner the greatest result for our Company.
