A1 Office is a Design and Construct Commercial Office Fitout company started in the early 1990's- Oversee and manage 4 - 5 projects placed under my direct control - ranging from $200,000.00 to $2,000,000.00- Oversee sub-trades and manage in the best interest of the client and A1 Office- Pro-actively manage cash flow- Manage interstate jobs for National clients - working with local trades and services with periodic site visits- Resolution of disputes both on site and between client - Work with sales, design, joinery and furniture in house teams to understand the final submission and maintain the intent of each project- Maintain OH and S Policies and Procedures

- Subcontract procurement- Letting of contracts- Sub-contract packages- Scheduling on Microsoft project- Assess progress claims and sub-contract payments- Progress claims- Paying sub-contractors- Document control- Negotiating- Use of Levesys construction software
