I have been very blessed to have been in the financial services business now since 2001. I have held many different roles throughout my career ranging from registered representative ( financial advisor ), a manager of other advisors, and now specialize in retirement plan design and consulting for other companies and business's. Our current corporate design is working with select individuals and companies to offer financial services and insurance products. Our structure is based on a team approach with different professionals performing different task and responsibilities. We believe this a much better approach to traditional financial planning where each financial advisor tries to fulfill each job and be a “jack of all trades”. This allows us to offer more services than most firms for individuals as well as sort of be a “one stop shop” for businesses.My passions and role inside our firm is working with select individuals and I am currently the relationship manager for any corporate or business clients. I oversee the retirement plan design and consulting division of our firm as well as the general corporate operations. These services vary from the business owners or trustees all the way down to the retirement plan participants themselves. We offer education and services that benefit all the above mentioned personal helping them make sense of the complexities that are involved.Marty lives in Lees Summit MO which is a suburb of Kansas City MO with his wife and 2 children. He has been active in many different charities and enjoys spending his time at Lake of the Ozarks with his wife and 2 children and trying to be a great father.
