-Responsible for managing a staff of 5-8 employees; assigning, overseeing and evaluating work including recommending promotions, transfers or terminations based on performance-Providing on-the-job training for new employees -Responsible for the ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the unit to ensure a minimum loss from waste or theft -Supervising the preparation, sales, and service of food -Forecasting what amount of each food item will be consumed per shift -Ensuring that every customer receives world-class customer service
