Senior technical resource and Technical Lead for business capture efforts of Red River. Primary goal is to create winning technical solutions required by complex strategic business opportunities in support of Red River's Bids and Proposals Group. Major functions include:• Contributing to strategy on approach to submitting a winning proposal - Includes thorough analysis of RFP requirements and evaluation criteria, teaming partners, competitive position, cost/technical tradeoffs, get well/tech refresh plans, and pricing.• Designing technical solutions that address all elements required and ensuring the solution’s compliance with all opportunity requirements. • Sourcing products/solutions and negotiating pricing with OEMs/vendors• Working through technical/pricing/teaming issues with OEMs/vendors• Writing technical proposal responsesI have been an integral part of bid teams that have won a number of large government contracts representing billions of dollars in future revenue for Red River, including:• NASA SEWP V (Classes/Groups C and D)• EPA BPAs (Rugged, Desktop, Printer)• FBI ITAP• NIH CIO-CS• NASA/NIH/GSA GSS contracts• USPTO Net 4• Navy SPAWAR C2 Supply MAC• TSA Network (as a sub)• USPTO ID/IQ Program for General Purpose IT• Army ADMC-3 (still under protest as of this update 5-19-17)
