Mr. Kenealy, as a company partner, holds a range of responsibilities including the preparation and review of bid proposals, major project planning and management, company cash flow management, business development, and the implementation of quality and safety controls. His experience includes operational oversight of more than $300M in heavy civil and marine construction projects, and over the past decade, he has been in responsible charge of $10M to $80M in sales annually. These projects included turnkey marina developments, piers and docks, boardwalks, commercial seawalls and bulkheads, DOT bridges, shoreline rip rap, breakwaters and groins, underground utilities, pile driving and drilling, heavy earthwork, dredging, support of excavations, cofferdams, marine transportation, and port terminal development.
