I analyzed student data to determine gaps in education, provided instructional coaching for educators, served on the behavior team for school interventions, and provided student math interventions and enrichment. My educational forte is serving as an instructional facilitator and data analyst.I served on multiple leadership committees that focused on healthcare quality indicators and safety improvements. I created spreadsheets, collected data, and identified trends for improving quality of care and hospital indicators for certification and financial health. Improving patient experience and education is also an area in which I made several contributions through implementation and development of educational materials used in medication reconciliation. I developed a clinical practice site in primary care clinics with a focus on disease state management, which includes working with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient care and safety. Provided and tracked clinical pharmacy services and patient outcomes associated with chronic disease states for the ARcare Patient Safety and Clinical Pharmacy (PSPC) National Collaborative Team. Trained the predecessor for sustaining the PSPC program currently developed, and created a business plan to integrate sustainable clinical pharmacy services into ARcare. Provided Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services to partnered 340B pharmacies. Developed a practice site for experiential education rotations designed for student pharmacists to learn in an ambulatory care setting. Served as an instructor for pharmacy practice lectures. Participated in physician rounds at White County Hospital.
