My 20+ years of property management experience include luxury, landmark and vintage condominium and cooperatives, commercial and rental portfolio management. In addition to direct oversight of large complex properties, I have implemented long-term financial plans and completed complex capital projects for multiple shared interest communities. Prior to joining The Building Group, I managed several of Chicago’s premier residential buildings located in the Gold Coast and River North neighborhoods for Optima, Inc., Draper and Kramer, Inc and Sudler Property Management.
