Completed various tourism, community, and economic development projects. Work included Corning's community master plan, major infrastructure projects, area-wide transportation planning. Developed/designed the Information Center of Corning. Developed/designed first two versions of CorningNY.com (not the current one) Launched the first Wi-Fi hotspot in Corning at Centerway Square in June 2000.

West Elmira, New York

Via consulting contracts, Assisted in the development of successful applications to the State of New York for the creation of a multi-jurisdictional, business friendly districts in the Norwich and Elmira, NY areas.

Chemung County, New York

Through the coordination of resources from the City of Elmira, helped establish Toshiba Westinghouse Electronics Corporation (later Toshiba Display Devices & MT Displays). Responsibilities included capital funding, training grants, highway/roadway improvements, and regulatory compliance. Toshiba Westinghouse Electronics Corporation grew to become the largest employer in Chemung County. Lead the design/development of the Chemung Elmira Industrial Incubator. Through the coordination of resources from the City of Elmira, Chemung County IDA, and the U.S. Economic Development Administration, conducted a site location analysis and construction of a 17,000 s.f. incubator in downtown Elmira. Responsibilities included generation of site data, site ranking system, property appraisals, contamination abatement, design oversight, and construction management.
