 Managed all Information Technology projects to ensure completion on time and on budget. Developed and maintained IT budget of $1.1 million. Designed and implemented disaster recovery plan for information systems to meet requirements outlined by Department of Defense and FDA.  Part of team for design, implementation, and documentation of FDA Part 11 compliant custom document control software. Lead for gathering and sorting required information for DoD subpoena on government contract, including bates stamping (automating) and organizing electronic and paper copies of thousands of documents.  Developed and documented information technology solutions to meet the needs of other departments.  Directed and mentored members of Information Technology group to ensure projects and day to day tasks are completed on time and with desired results. Developed and implemented plan along with supporting cGMP documentation for high availability of IT systems required to support manufacturing environment and demanding business operation.

 Designed and implemented network infrastructure to support company growth from 40 employees to 300+, including expansion from 1 to 4 locations and 8 remote home offices nationwide utilizing private MPLS and VPN connections running on Cisco network equipment.  Negotiated and approved contracts and service level agreements with all vendors for services and products related to Information Technology. Developed and implemented all company wide Information Technology policies and procedures. Successfully managed development, implementation, documentation, and support for internal websites using a LAMP environment for document tracking using electronic signatures meeting FDA Part 11 compliance. Wrote SOP’s and WID’s related to computer systems for internal and customer use to meet cGMP demands.  Created custom Crystal reports, SQL queries, Stored Procedures, and Knowledge Sync alerts from SQL 200/2005/2008 and MySQL 4.0/5.5 databases.  Managed, installed, maintained and monitored all company servers and network devices needed for daily operations including; Windows Server 2000/2003/2008, Exchange 2000/2007, SQL 2000/2005/2008, Active Directory 2003/2008, MAS 500 (SQL 2005), SalesLogix (SQL 2005), IIS 6-7, Apache (Tomcat), SharePoint 2003/2007/2010, Cisco (switches), Watchguard, NEC NEAX2000 IPS (Digital and VoIP phones), Shoretel (IP phones), Perforce, Bugzilla, and Good Messaging Server. Project lead for implementing UID and RFID systems required by DOD contract. Managed websites and databases for 2 separate online ordering sites for custom made Oligonucleotides, requiring 24/7 uptime for domestic and international orders.

 Designed and maintained Genesys CTI implementation, Including Genesys Framework and Internet Suite.  Wrote strategies for clients using Genesys Strategy Builder.  Integrate InterVoice Brite IVR (running on Windows NT 4.0), SQL 7.0, Microsoft Exchange 5.5, Nortel Meridian PBX, and CITRIX Servers with our Genesys Environment to achieve five nines of up time.  Resolved backline issues for customers, including setting up and troubleshooting users on Active Directory, Exchange server, Genesys Environment, and custom built software.  Maintained network servers (DNS, IIS, Active Directory, Exchange 5.5)
