The Survey Manager manages all work, projects and staff allocated by the SEAM Survey Directors. The role encompasses all allocated survey work in the mining areas of Queensland and New South Wales.As an integral part of the management team, I assist the Directors in the delivery of a quality and professional service to our clients. Working with the Directors in building a company that is a service provider and employer of choice, and also maintaining and increasing the company’s profit and market share of the contract mine surveying market. This is achieved through: providing a high standard of personal work for clients, proactive leadership and effective management of survey staff, assisting with furnishing and adherence to survey standards to deliver best practise mine surveying services, creating and maintaining good client relationships proactively seeking business opportunities embracing surveying technology involvement with networking and business development opportunities.

Responsible for day to day survey control of Bord and Pillar Underground Coal Mine.Maintaining and updating statutory mine plans.Mine plan changes and general technical support.Surface survey set out and pick up.Ancillary survey services where required.

Role Responsibilities Working with the Registered Mine Surveyor in the day to day survey operations to ensure the safe and accurate continuance of underground mining operations. Daily underground surveying including drivage sites and as mined survey pick-up. Demonstrated experience within underground coal operations. Provide effective survey control and spatial information services for mine planning, operations, CHPP, environmental and other customers. Weekly and monthly production reports. Conducting engineering surveys for mine infrastructure. Surface set out and pick-up for boreholes, subsidence monitoring, and other infrastructure using GPS, dumpy level and or total stations as required.

Roles and Responsibilities Assist Belt Splicer’s performing splicing of conveyor belts; hot and cold repairs during plant shut or breakdowns. Installation and removal of belts. Replacement and maintenance of rollers, baffles, frames, impact beds, skirts, scrapers and spray bars Site mobilization and maintenance of workshop and tools and equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct desk based and field investigations into fraud against the Commonwealth including leading teams of investigators and Australian Federal Police in the execution of search warrants Liaising with contacts to gain knowledge of industries in order to work up cases. Reporting to authorities where required and monthly reports to management. Conducting outreach sessions with Government Departments, outside Agencies and other Centrelink offices. Customer service, including often interviewing difficult or aggressive customers in person and over the phone

Roles and Responsibilities Involvement in systems testing, project work and implementing pilot programs including: Youth Allowance, Quality Checking, Work for the Dole and Rent Certificates. Decision Support Network (Senior Advisor) team member Customer service including; reception, interviews, reviews and claims processing in order to determine entitlement according to legislation
