Managed 3 agency programs for the Center for Rural Health Initiatives (Center, CRHI)- NOW TDRA. Administered the Texas Health Service Corps (THSCP), Physician Assistant Loan Repayment Program (PALRP), and the Medically Underserved Community-State Matching Incentive Program (MUC-SMIP). Responsible for budgeting, awarding, and disbursement of program funds. Developed guidelines, procedures, rules, and regulations on how to administer and award the grants. Responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating and evaluating policies and procedures pertaining to the programs.Developed and maintained databases for tracking Program participants and budget expenditures.
