I worked on the Executive Leadership Team of Arteva Funding as the Head of Product where I took my energy, enthusiasm and ability to connect people across the business and 3rd party vendors to help take Arteva to a business that now writes $1B(AUD) in premium funding loans.While I was at Arteva I was influential in determining the strategy and implementing it across the business.My main responsibilities revolved around being accountable for the Product and IT offerings. The changes that I was responsible for enhanced the experience for staff, broking partners and premium funding clients. During my tenure I conducted review of current state IT system and recommended, outlined and drove a strategic approach to more streamline and secure environment. This Included the migration of software to Azure (cloud) based solution increasing scalability of company platform and migrating all data away from the legacy IT system.Some of my other achievements at Arteva included:- Successfully implemented PMO tools and Agile techniques which improved the communication and understanding of IT deliverables across the organisation- Re-design and roll-out of broker portal using latest UX/UI concepts - The roll-out of Arteva's premium funding product in a new country - New Zealand

At IQumulate I was responsible for managing it's products and platforms. IQumulate issues over $1.5 billion dollars in premium funding loans per annum, across 9 lending products and 3 markets. IQumulate is the business that was formed as part of the divestment from a joint venture between Macquarie Bank and the Steadfast Group into being a wholly owned subsidiary of the Steadfast Group.- I successfully managed the IT changes required as part of divestment from MPF (part of Macquarie Group) to IQumulate Premium Funding across 2 major streams: Re-branding of platforms; Changing the Lender of Record- Project Managed the successful roll-out of “My Account”, the company’s first truly ‘digital’ offering to customers & brokers- Integral in driving the business and IT changes required as part of obtaining securitisation for IQumulate- Managed a successful UX Review process of IQ’s customer Broker portal product, resulting in development of new flagship broker offering- Key stakeholder in RFP to secure ongoing deal to provide major broking partner ongoing funding- Introduced Agile methodology to the business (including; stand-ups, steering groups, KANBAN, Jira)
