    My duties as a HSE Senior Medic is a twofold position with consists of providing clinical and emergency medical care to the client, conducting safety inspections, investigations and insuring all the proper permits are obtained to perform the tasks at hand. I was trained and apply training not taught in a paramedic program such as Suturing and I&D procedures. I am also responsible for making sure all personnel are up to date on their immunizations. I conducted inventory monthly (checking for shortage and expiration dates of medication and supplies), ordering and restocking medication and supplies as needed. I am responsible for providing patient education regarding disease process; medications etc. and develop educational material. I work closely with administrative and other medical professionals to provide first class patient care and maintain patient safety, care, confidentiality and appropriate follow-up treatment: functioned as phone liaison between specialists, primary care providers, and other health care professionals on a regular and continuous basis. I exercise administrative judgment and assumed responsibility for decisions, consequences and results having an impact on people, costs and/or quality of service within the functional area, coordinating response to patient emergencies in the clinical setting and served as a resource in a team environment. On HSE aspect I conduct safety checks/inspections on different departments through the company. Conduct Safety reports for Management and attend weekly safety conferences. I also am responsible for conducting HSE Investigations for injuries to personnel or property damage due to incidents.
