Imaginal is a transformation engine on the community level. We consider ourselves an NGO accelerator as we help other NGOs scale impact with modern Digital Transformation, Narrative & Brand Development, Mentorship, and ongoing support. Imaginal is not an idea for idea sake, but rather, it is an organization that emerged from the work we were already doing. As one of the primary founders of Imaginal my role is in the trenches of the community work. We immerse ourselves in the community, find the community leaders that are already in action, and we energize, enable, and empower them to help scale their work, heal their communities from the inside out, and develop a network of partners to create resilient and antifragile communities. I have developed a framework with my team teaching volunteers the three A(s): Attention, Action, and Agency.We have had success in New Zealand and Costa Rica. We are about to formalize our organization in the States, and are currently working on upcoming community hackathons, and fundraising in Tamarindo, Costa Rica.
