I work with hospitals, city and county water utilities, collections agencies, electric utilities and coops, tax collectors, property appraisers, credit unions and other government agencies. I consult on critical communications projects to ensure accurate processing and timely receipt. Examples include producing patient statements, tax notices, water and electric bills, collection letters, medical claims, check printing and financial documents. InfoSend has been in business since 1996 and I joined the company in 2019. InfoSend provides a range of Revenue Cycle solutions including data processing, billing document design, variable data printing, mailing services, document archiving, electronic bill presentment, IVR, online payments, SMS messaging and text pay. InfoSend produces over 240 million paper and electronic documents annually with our facilities in Florida, Texas, Illinois and California.
