Coordinated and managed multi-million dollar landslide stabilization contracts for The Army Corps of Engineers, GSA, JOC, and Departments of Transportation across The United States. Responsible for the installation of construction work pertaining to launched and drilled soil nails, micropiles, shotcrete, steel mesh, geosynthetically confined soil, and other products for the purpose of landslide repair, slope stabilization, erosion control, temporary and permanent shoring, rockfall mitigation, bridge abutment, box culvert, and retaining wall construction/rehabilitation, foundation improvement and the repair of existing structures. 

JOB ORDER CONTRACTING (JOC) (Northern California Region) Overseer: The Gordian Group 5/2006-11/2013JOC provides the methodology to execute a wide variety of IDIQ, multiple simultaneous orders for renovations, rehabilitations and repair work for large facilities and infrastructures.I was the awarded JOC contractors project manager/estimator and essential hands-on advisor to the owner’s facilities management team. My abilities and knowledge of JOC increased communication between the contractor and owner enhancing the partnership aspect of the JOC contract resulting in outstanding service, performance and additional work orders.
