Provided operational and financial consulting services to multi-specialty medical clinics. Responsible for negotiating building leases, sale of business operations, negotiation of license agreements and service contracts.Vice President of Financial Operations of PhyCor, Inc. Oversight of Clinic Chief Financial Officers. Serving as a member of the Joint Policy Board for each Clinic. Responsible for reporting integrity of financial statements, annual budgets, monthly forecasts and capital expenditure analysis. Oversight of Physician Billing Office providing services for approximately 300 providers.
