• Originally on contract to provide the initial factory support of the company’s new Challenger 604. Brought on as full-time Captain for the Challenger as well as a Learjet 60.
• Rewrote the Company Flight Operations Manual; established maintenance release policies and introduced new technology in various areas of the operation.

• Provided contract pilot services for Bombardier Aerospace and other select clients throughout the world.
• Provided clients with initial delivery and pilot support on the new Challenger 604 aircraft.
• In addition to domestic support, conducted extensive operations throughout the Far East, Europe, Russia and China.

• Recruited to launch and manage a flight department for a high-net-worth individual, establishing a combination of personal, corporate and charter operations.
• Acquired and operated Challenger 604 and Learjet 60 aircraft.
• Provided expertise and managed all business areas of the operation including aircraft acquisition, staffing, facilities, maintenance oversight and FAR 135 compliance.

My first 5 years with the company were split between Production and Engineering Flight test in Wichita, KS. The remaining time was spent in Completion Center Flight Test in Tucson AZ, where I also served as manager of the department. I was also a Designated Engineering Representative (DER) for the FAA.
