Pre-sales and Project support for Wireline products for AT&T account.* Test Lab Solutions Manager for GPON test labs. Worked as lab lead to insure successful lab testing and verification. Deeply involved in the Technical Trials in AT&T's network.* Technical lead for BellSouth IPTV RFP ( IPDSLAM's ) that resulted in Ericsson being short listed for this.

Pre-sales, Post-sales and Project support on entire product line for North America.* Supported EDFAs (Fiber Amps), Fiber Transponders and Voice Echo Cancellation/Enhancement devices. * Performed customer lab evaluations, certifying compatibility of Altamar equipment with equipment from other vendors. * Designed and implemented networks, ensuring compliance.

Planned, implemented and helped install products in customer’s networks throughout SE United States.* Supported an aggregation platform which utilized layer 2/3 technology for T-1/DS-3 ATM, Frame Relay, and Ethernet 10/100bT (802.1q capability) ingress traffic with a DS-3 or OC-3/12.
