My consulting practice over the last 17 years has focused in three primary areas: Organizational Effectiveness for Organizations, Leadership Development Training, and Executive Mentoring for Individuals. For clients interested in making a career change, I leverage my own experience changing career paths and create a detailed roadmap that enables them to achieve their specific goals. My avocation, which is coaching lacrosse, has enabled me to incorporate a motivational component to my advisory role.
