This project had estimated savings of Β£1.2M per annum.β€’ Conversion of First Active and Ulster Bank reporting systems to the RBS model using CA-View and CA-Deliver.β€’ Implementation of two output management centres for Ulster Bankβ€’ Migration of First Active CA-Despatch data to CA-DeliverAll of these projects entailed detailed analysis of the business reporting requirements linked with the technical aspects of implementing viewing of these reports online and the distribution of those reports needed in hardcopy.
