About Martyn Bowles

An individual with a desire to continually evolve and enable others to do so too. This has led me to obtain a UEFA A Licence & Elite Youth Licence, BSc, MSc degree in Sports Coaching and Pedagogy, PGCE/PCE degree in FE Education and Diploma in Football Medicine. This has created a fantastic foundation of knowledge to develop further avenues of success in employment.My experiences to date working for elite professional sporting teams, educational settings and international football amongst other various sporting organisations, I firmly understand the level of application and knowledge needed to succeed in pressurised and demanding environments. Throughout these experience and the ones I will face in the future, I have demonstrated an enthusiasm to work in a range of roles and build a reputation, through professional relationships, that I feel will benefit any organisation. My three core values as an individual are; respect, honesty and humility. Respect for others around me and their values, honesty in decision making and humility in appreciating other people's opinions that their way may be more efficent. As a strong communicator and leader within a team, I consider all ideas to ensure the actions taken are suitable and effective driving continuous improvement, via conversations and dialogue with organisations hierarchy to make sure I am running the most effective program possible. I am comfortable working with a wide range of abilities and personalities, whilst not being afraid to take on challenges.I am always on the look out to improve myself and gain experience in instituions that will aid my development. Those that respect those three core values but those that will allow me to embrace challenges outside of my comfort zone.
