To manage individual performance, staffing, absence team meetings etc.To act as role model to inspire team to deliver world class service at all times. To manage team and process to achieve all KPI’s. To proactively liaise with colleagues to continuously improve and maintain operational standards across the store .To undertake tasks covering all aspects of the retail operation, including selling, merchandising etc To take on store – wide operational managerial responsibilities when required To ensure compliance of all company health and safety procedures.
