Within the Tesco group since March 2018, BRPGB Ltd (formerly Musgrave Retail Partners GB Ltd) is a wholesaler providing products and services to over 2000 progressive independent retailers operating their own Budgens and Londis retail stores, as well as providing delivered wholesale to large national retail accounts. As sole legal counsel for BRPGB I deal with contracts, franchise agreements, banks, dispute resolution, data protection and privacy, health and safety and property, GSCOP, amongst others. I work collaboratively with all functions within the business to provide strategic legal advice. An excellent communicator at all levels, I report to the Booker Group Commercial Services Managing Director and advise directors direct. I am the holder of a Master Facilitator certificate from the Irish Management Institute, and provide training to the business on key legal subjects.
