Reporting to the Assistant Chief Executive• Currently Project Managing a multi-disciplinary team to procure through a Competitive Dialogue process ICT Managed Services, including the drafting and evaluation of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, production of Invitation to Participate in Dialogue Documents and an active member of the Authority's Dialogue and Evaluation Team.• Lead on a Transformational Management Structures project, which supported the reorganisation of the Management Structures of the Authority to six tiers from front line staff at tier six to the Chief Executive at tier one. • Project Managed the Job Evaluation of 1,000 different posts covering 3,000 employees.• Lead on the arrangements for ensuring a consistent set of Job Evaluation data• Assisted with the development of a new pay and grading structure• Co-ordinated the implementation of the new pay and grading structure• Supported the development of a pay model• Supported Managers (including the Corporate Management Team) and Headteachers through the implementation phase• Assisted in the pay protection scheme• Defended Equal Pay Claims, including acting as a witness at Employment Tribunal Hearings• Active in the negotiations with Trade Unions (including ACAS) regarding compensation payments to groups of employees • Undertook Trade Union negotiations• Personally responsible for developing Human Resource Policy
