CurrentHead up & lead specialist recruitment team specializing in high level executive & graduate placement, matching our candidates with not only the right position but the right company. Work with candidates on full professional profile (not just a CV). We work with each candidate, completing a full professional and personal analysis including DISC profiling and personal insights test. Giving us a rounded personal and professional understanding of our candidate. It's my job then to work with our customer base to understand their exact requirements and to understand if any of our candidates fit. I'm responsible for sourcing new customers to work with/for as well as developing our in house team of recruiters who work wit our candidates on a daily basis.
