https://www.ashleyschool.org.ukThe Governing Board have overseen the school’s transition from one form entry in 2013 to now one of Surrey’s largest primary schools, with 630 students. Under award-winning headteacher, Richard Dunne, the school achieved and maintained Ofsted Outstanding grading. Richard devised the Harmony Curriculum at the school before being adopted as a curriculum by many state and independent schools throughout the UK and internationally. I’ve contributed to a succesful bid as a Green Flag Ambassador Eco School (one of only nine accredited schools in the UK), I co-wrote a successful application for International School Award (with the Subject Lead Teacher, Global Dimension) and oversaw planning and delivery for Artsmark Gold Award (with the Deputy Head). I’ve overseen the two busiest governor portfolios in SEND and Child Protection, and introduced Mental Health as a governor portfolio and wrote the MH policy for the school.
