As Head of Human Factors at Sagentia Innovation, I have a deep passion for user-centric design. I strive to bridge the gap between innovative technology and real-world user needs. With over 18 years of experience, I have delivered to market a diverse range of products from handheld surgical robotic systems to a mobile medical app for an implantable cardiac monitors (ICM). My expertise lies in creating intuitive, safe, and efficient solutions that enhance user experiences whilst meeting complex technical and regulatory requirements.Educated with a master’s degree in Product Design, I bring a unique balance of human factors engineering and technical rigor to the table. I have achieved the Red Dot “Best of the Best” award, hold a number of patents and guest lecture at Loughborough University. I specialize in driving collaboration and aligning cross-functional teams around a shared vision.At my core, I believe that the best products are born from a deep understanding of the user experience. I still enjoy ‘getting stuck in’ by conducting user research, collating human factors documentation and guiding regulatory submissions. My goal is to continue leading the development of products, services and hybrid solutions which are intuitive, accessible and impactful.
