The ‘Conscious Release & Integration’ process is entirely different to mainstream approaches to wellbeing. It works on the understanding that we are consciousness itself and therefore there is nothing to change or fix because we are already perfect. The only obstacles to revealing and recognising our perfection are limiting beliefs that we believe. The core ones are 'I am not good enough', 'I am unworthy' and 'I am unlovable'. When these are suppressed because of our self-judgment it leads to dis-ease, stress, a compromised immune system and ultimately to illness. Instead of trying to change these beliefs or hypnotise them or tap them away or replace them with better ones or get rid of them or overwrite them with positive thinking or challenge them with therapy or cut out or medicate the physical symptoms that always arise when we deny them, we simply release any judgment of them and acknowledge them as the illusions they are. What remains when we see through them and they drift into the background of our lives is our own perfection. From that happy recognition, like a newly freed tiger, we can bound around and enjoy ourselves just as we are intended to. Dis-ease and stress dissolve, the need for 'fixes' and coping mechanisms diminishes, the body heals itself naturally and consequently we feel healthier, more alive, more focused, more authentic and far more free. Group gatherings create an amplified field that brings more consciousness and presence. CRI makes it easier to notice what beliefs are being revealed, to assimilate these recognitions and to come to peace with their associated emotions and feelings; so the ongoing integration process has a strong foundation. It enables safely welcoming home the denied parts of us that got wounded by these beliefs, and in so doing we become whole again.
