My objective within this role was to aid the development of my clients email marketing programmes via strategic recommendations, tactical campaign optimisation, testing plans, technical project management, metric analysis / reporting and day to day client management. I was also responsible for training and educating my clients both on the use of our technology and in industry best practices.

My role involved being the main contact for a variety of e-commerce clients including iomega and Filemaker (Apple product). It was my responsibility to document functional requirements for projects eg. Web store development. I used project management tools to monitor each stage of a project to ensure implementation was on time and within budget.Other responsibilities in my role involved issue resolution, SLA tracking, metric generation analysis and reporting, training clients on product releases and running monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Working for Mintel Ireland to expand the service and support clients with report usage. Marketing to an internal database I built my direct marketing skills using email and telemarketing.

Worked for a year after university in Lanzarote, Canary Islands to obtain my scuba diving qualifications and work up through the ranks to a scuba instructor. Intensive courses taken in First Aid, rescue and instructing as well as overall responsibility for groups and risk management. I also took Spanish courses to improve my communication skills while on the Island.
