During the studios down time I worked alongside the marketing team and helped with design promotions within the company.Within the first 6 months with Farmers Guide the directors promoted me to Studio Assistant Manager.Along with my promotion my previous duties continued however I was given more responsibility.With changes within our marketing team I was given more of a lead. I attended agricultural shows helping to promote the business, and was trusted with outsourcing work for further promotions i.e. leaflets printed, expo signs etc.The Directors also entrusted me to over see the design, production and launch of a new bi-monthly magazine ‘Fruit & Vine.Due to the success of Fruit & Vine magazine, the company directors have promoted me to Production Manager for the company.This is a new roll for the company as a Studio Manager is in place. I was headhunted by the Managing Director to help set up and manage the in-house reprographics studio. This included producing print-ready pdfs using Agfa Apogee Create series 3 and Adobe Distiller software.Love it Magazine: I was asked by the Managing Director to personally over see the reprographics of this weekly celebrity based magazine. I receive artwork with repro instructions from our London office and work to there requirements.
