Taking redundancy from British Gas after 35 years, I have now taken up a great opportunity with Arvato Financial Solutions as Head of Strategy and Change. The experience gained through Third party and relationship management over many years will be hugely beneficial as I endeavour to understand the challenges of collections management from the other side of the table.I had worked within British Gas Debt Management since 1995, covering many roles from Operations Manager, Process Delivery and Development, Call Centre Management, Management of live and final debt recovery, inbound / outbound collections activity, Management of Field Recovery and Revenue Protection teams.
