During my time on High Street Kensington where I started I was responsible for Basic section and accessories. My training included customer service, delivery process, stock control, basic merchandising, refunds processing.In 2011 I moved to newly opened store in Heathrow Airport Terminal 3.As a stockroom responsible my duties were to maintain stockrooms (internal and external), preparing and processing transfers and deliveries, managing stockroom team, train people in back area duties as well as RFID system usage.As a cashier my key responsibilities included high standard of customer service, training of new cashiers, technical troubleshooting in case of breakdowns as well as maintaining high level of security procedures.From October 2015 took over Health and Safety Champion responsibilities.
