About me: First and foremost, I am the proud and always in motion mom of two amazing kids who are the most delightful and demanding clients I've ever had the pleasure to serve. They’ve taught me more about life's complexities than any business could. Professionally, I've been in the transportation industry for over 14 years and wouldn't change it for anything. I'm passionate about the sector's complexity and the people at its core. Whether it's navigating the logistics of a transportation network or the logistics of parenting, I bring the same energy, creativity, and dedication to ensuring everything runs smoothly. My professional journey started in transportation sales, and I’ve taken on many roles in between—from transportation rep to branch manager. I then joined the start-up company Sennder, where I oversaw the spot department for major shippers. Following that, I opened a branch for the asset-based company Integre Trans, setting up operations and managing sales.Now, as the Head of Sales and Marketing at Schavemaker I am excited to embark on a new challenge. In this role, I am dedicated to expanding our reach and finding new business opportunities in intermodal, road transport, warehousing, and container terminal sectors.My focus is on building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional value to position Schavemaker as a leader in our industry.The company's colors may change, but my principles remain permanent. I prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deeply understand their needs, ensuring they achieve their goals.The success of my clients and the growth of my team are my greatest rewards. Hearing about a client breaking into a new market or a team member surpassing their own limits because of my guidance is the best what I can hear!What I do after work ? After a day filled with strategic decision-making I find a balance on two wheels, discovering the simple pleasure of bike riding.
