As the Head of Product at Comarch, I have over eight years of experience in analyzing, developing, and managing enterprise-oriented products, especially in the loyalty software domain. I am passionate about delivering high-quality, fit-for-purpose solutions that meet customer needs and market trends, as well as leading and coaching teams to achieve their goals.I have successfully developed and executed the product strategy for the loyalty software, including defining the product roadmap and prioritizing features. I have also led the transition from Waterfall to Agile Methodology (Scrum, SAFe) in product management and development, enabling faster and more flexible delivery of value. In addition, I have cooperated with internal and external stakeholders to integrate and optimize business processes and IT systems.
