Senior Digital Marketing Manager
CurrentResponsibilitiesManaging digital marketing projects and customer relations• Conducting digital marketing projects, including strategy development, budgeting and the entire implementation process, for brands such as Kompania Piwowarska, ING Bank Śląski and Archicom SA• Ensuring consistency of digital campaigns with brand guidelines and their strategic marketing goals• Preparation and enforcement of budgets, with emphasis on expense optimization and ROAS and ROI indicators• Managing the process of creating a new product - an online grant program for the Żubr Fund from Kompania Piwowarska• Coordination, supervision and optimization of e-commerce campaigns for the Simba Toys Polska client• Close cooperation with social media, media planning and purchasing specialists in order to optimize campaigns based on CPC, CPA, CPM, CPV models in the Google and Programmatic networks for the company's clients• Building and developing relationships with clients, partners, suppliers and interdisciplinary teams of colleaguesTeam management• Coordinating and supervising the team's work• Building a creative and responsible team and an organizational culture supporting development• Setting goals and verifying the effects of their implementation• Inspiring and motivating the team • Ensuring effective and transparent communication within the team
