I worked closely with the owner to create the company's marketing strategy. As the lead intern, I managed two other interns in order to execute marketing plans. My main activities included social media advertising, search engine marketing, and email marketing. Specifically, I managed Google Ads B2B campaigns to gain 10 leads (CPL $100) that brought over $10,000 in annual revenue. As a part of the social media strategy, I created and edited marketing videos and optimized them for the company's LinkedIn organic and paid marketing.

I started out as a digital marketing intern but was offered a permanent position after the internship ended. As a digital marketing coordinator, I autonomously created and executed a social media calendar for the agency's accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). As a one-person team, I researched topics and created graphics and copy for the social media content. I also created and analyzed monthly social media reports in Excel and Buffer. In addition to social media management, I created five email marketing campaigns to current and prospective clients using MailChimp, later I analyzed and optimized them based on performance reports. As my duties grew, I became in charge of creating invoices for NYC Department of Education schools and sending them to customers on a weekly basis.

The internship at the foundation entailed a lot of event planning since the foundation was holding an important fundraising golf outing for 144 participants. I was involved in the sales team before the event and offered event sponsorship opportunities to local companies. During the event, I sold merchandise and assisted the golf outing participants.On a daily basis, I also managed the foundation's Facebook page, processed payments from donors, and reviewed financial assistance applications. Moreover, I assisted with office management and filing documents.

I assisted the agency owner with all social media tasks from LinkedIn outreach to curating educational content for the Facebook page. I also administered a Facebook group for Polish female entrepreneurs living in New York. In a partnership with Polish Consulate General in New York, NY, I helped organize multiple networking events for the members of the group. I was in charge of live streaming the events on Facebook and creating content for future social media posts.The role exposed me to a few useful social media tools, including HootSuite, Feedly, and Adobe Photoshop. I also gained experience in a small digital agency with the all-hands-on-board approach.

On a daily basis, I handled inquiries concerning new medications and their characteristics. I worked in Excel to enter and update customer information into the database. I accomplished 100% of daily goals while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. I also worked individually on multi-step, long-term projects that required a great deal of knowledge about specific medications and project management skills.

As Local Committee Vice President Finance, I was most importantly a member of the local committee's Executive Board which was in charge of strategic management of the committee. With five other members, we had regular meetings to assess how all the teams were performing (overall approximately 50 members); furthermore, we had strategic meetings where we planned the future of the committee for the next months and years. What is more, I was responsible for financial management in the committee, which meant that I managed the budget of the committee and all the teams. I was in charge of bookkeeping, financial planning, and execution. I also conducted financial workshops for new members and new team leaders, in addition to mentoring each team leader on a regular basis in the finance area. Additionally, I facilitated workshops at local and national conferences.

I managed a team of nine people who planned and organized a citywide job fair and career workshops event called Career Days. During a few months prior to the event, I coordinated sales, marketing and PR activities, while focusing on my team's professional development. I held weekly team meetings to discuss our progress and plans for the following weeks; I also had individual coaching appointments with all the team members. Before and during the event, I coordinated all the logistical issues with the venue, catering, etc. We held 40 workshops which were all filled by students. Furthermore, the fair had 30 exhibitors, and the number of local exhibitors increased by 50% compared to the previous year. We also gained two new local media partnerships.

I coordinated a PR campaign promoting internships abroad for students from Lodz, Poland. A team of three that I led conducted promotional activities on five university campuses in the region. My campaign also included a two-day event with workshops and lectures about foreign cultures, which I promoted in local media (radio, TV) and on social media. As a result of the campaign, we received over 40 applications for internships.
