About Martyn Berry

I have more than 20 years’ experience in the solar PV industry working across multiple European markets in the residential, commercial and, to a lesser extent, utility scale PV sectors. I was with Solarcentury (now Statkraft solar) in design and product development roles for ten years before starting with Enphase Energy in 2012 as UK Technical Manager. At Enphase I supported the launch of the then new microinverter business in the UK for one year. Following this I managed the EMEA wide Customer Service organisation at Enphase until 2017 when I left to become an independent consultant. During four years working independently I developed new expertise across energy storage and innovative EV charging applications, including smart charging and V2G. In January 2021 I re-joined Enphase to lead the EMEA Field Applications Engineering organisation, providing pre-sales support to residential and commercial PV installers. I have also supported the new product introduction of various microinverter, energy storage, EV charging and HEMS products into multiple EMEA countries.I am London based, a Chartered European Engineer and BSI committee member.
