I am an experienced market researcher with a breadth of industries experience. I'm experienced in both qualitative research (including conducting interviews and focus groups) and quantitative research (including CX and UX surveys) and have a thorough understanding of modern best practice research techniques. I can be hands on - running projects myself - and am proficient in managing agencies. I have been the customer voice within organisations showing my passion for customer solutions by understanding their needs, motivations, and behaviours.
