In this role, I lead various disciplines to contribute to the operational and strategic growth of Printdeal:• Supply Chain Management: Overseeing the entire chain, from procurement to delivery, with a focus on efficiency, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.• Product Management: Developing and managing the product portfolio, with attention to market trends and customer needs.• Strategic Sourcing: Building and managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring sustainable and reliable procurement.• Quality Control (QA): Implementing and monitoring quality processes to ensure products meet Printdeal's high standards.• Process Optimization: Improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.• Prepress: Managing prepress activities, including file preparation, proofing, and color management, to ensure smooth production.

Leading a team of product managers and buyers at Printdeal, responsible for managing the product portfolio (15 FTE). In this role, I am responsible for:• Leading and coaching a team of 15 professionals (product managers and buyers) to ensure goals are met and the product portfolio aligns with market needs.• Developing and implementing strategic plans for the product portfolio, focusing on growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.• Optimizing procurement strategies and supplier management to control costs and ensure quality.• Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to strengthen product positioning and create synergies.• Ensuring continuous improvement of processes, both within the team and in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
