Publishing Manager
Current• Development and oversight of the publishing programme across all three RA sites (Leeds, the Tower of London and Fort Nelson), maximising revenue through frontlist and backlist.• A senior role publishing illustrated non-fiction titles (trade, specialist, exhibition catalogues, guidebooks and scholarly journals) in conjunction with in-house/freelance writers, designers and editors.• Strategic planning, commissioning, budgeting, contract negotiation, project management, editorial, production, vendor management, line management, pricing, sales, marketing and distribution, with a bit of writing thrown in.
