My role at SIG involves creating and maintaining PowerBI reports that are viewed by hundreds of users across the business from branch up to director level. These solutions often have complex datasets which are shared across several reports and apps. During my time at SIG I have created reporting for Stock and Inventory and developed a new sales model and report which will be key for the business going forward.This role has allowed me to further develop my PowerBI skills whilst working on reporting for a much larger audience. I have used features such as RLS, field parameters, apps and audiences. I have also used Power Automate to automate various processes and create integrations with other tools such as Microsoft Planner and SharePoint.

In this role my main responsibility was to provide reporting and analysis to the various teams within the charity, predominately based on CRM data. This process involved scoping out the report with the stakeholder, building queries within Snowflake and creating the report within PowerBI. During my time at ARUK I developed strong SQL and PowerBI skills and was involved in the following:Creating cross team lifetime value and product performance reportsConverting SSRS reports to PowerBIConverting report data sources to use the Snowflake ODSAmending reports in line with change to data or fundraising activitiesDeveloping relationships with various teams across the organisation and gaining a strong understanding of how the CRM data relates to each team.

Transversal's modern approach to knowledge gives businesses the power to connect people with the knowledge they need through simple and intuitive solutions designed for web self-service, contact centres and enterprise intranets.My role in the Professional Services team at Transversal was focused on performing reviews of the extensive list of client implementations. The reviews included detailed MI and analysis of potential knowledge gaps to ensure the client is maximising the benefits of the product. Other responsibilities included applying custom search training for each implementation to ensure the most relevant results are returned, bespoke reporting and content editing.I previously worked in the QA/Testing team where I assisted with product testing cycles and performed checks of front-end client websites for accessibility, security and cross browser compatibility.

LiveWire/OnMobile provides mobile entertainment services such as games, apps and ringtones to a wide range of clients including mobile operators and OEMs worldwide.My role as a Site Editor included refreshing mobile stores with new content and organising site changes for seasonal events and promotions. The majority of these tasks were carried out on a bespoke CMS. In addition, it involved analysing sales statistics and communicating these to content providers. Other duties included preparing content assets, arranging price changes and testing new products and services. This position provided me with good experience in content management, marketing and retailing specifically for mobile content. It required attention to detail and good organisation.

This position included several tasks including solving billing errors, amending accounts of customers who have been declared bankrupt and assessing customer’s water usage for tariff amendments. These tasks were completed using the CRM and ISU modules of the SAP database system.This position provided me with good customer service experience, as well as improving my knowledge of business workflow.
